When my wife & i booked the hotel, we never thought much about the hotel since its my first time staying under Tulip group,but after checked in,we find that this hotel is even better than a 5 star hotel.I muz say 1 of the bellboy attend to us during our stay is very helpful & friendly,he update us with all the facilities & amneties of the hotels,nearby shopping ctr, etc.He never fail to smile and assist sincerely.Didnt get the chance to get his name,but we sincerely will like to thank him for makin our stay an enjoyable one though we are tired after all the tours in Dubai.Even my wife is happy with the services provided.As for the room, we were welcomed with a clean room,nicely furnished room and we would definitely return if we r in Dubai

WE BEEN THERE FOR FOUR DAYS AND IT COSTED US JUST 900 DIHRAMS FOR FOUR DAYS INCLUSIVE OF ALL THE TAXES FROM JULY 28 TO 1 AUG . THE ROOM WAS FULLY FURNISHED WITH ALL THE GADGETS REQUIRED FOR STAYING COMFORTABLE AND COZY THE WAY WE LIVE IN YOUR OWN HOME . DISTANCE TO THE MALL OF EMIRATES IS JUST 3 TO 4 MINUTES WALKABLE DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL.ALL THE TAXIS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL ITSELF. THE STAFF , SPA , GYM, SWIMMING POOL , JACUZZI , EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! SPECIALLY I ALWAYS ENJOY MY OWN COOKED FOOD AS I AM GREAT LOVER OF FOOD AND I ENJOY AND LOVE COOKING ALSO. We stayed here for 6 nights! our visit was 12 days and we booked two hotels, this was the one we used for the later half and we had serious regrets about not staying in this hotel throughout our stay. Not that the other hotel was bad, it was rather nice but atleast 2 grades lower when compared to Golden Tulip suites. The setting, location, staff, room, amneties were all just perfect. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who is travelling with family, and my brother in law to stay here as the value for money is simply INCREDIBLE. Will definately send some more guests their way and will stay here for our december trip.

The phone in my room did not dial any national or international numbers, it did allow me to call other rooms in the hotel but that was it. The internet did not work initially, After several calls to technical support they sent me someone who came with the assumption that I've never seen a computer before, he started doing the same stuf i was doing and did not get any luck. Finally he said he will get someone else's help. But he never came back. So I called technical support again (many times) and finally they discovered the problem and resolved it (The phonse was not working however) One more thing, the first day of my stay i did have hot water. while in the next day i did not (yes, I had the heater switched on since last night)

Only two issues I had/have. The staff, although friendly, I'm sorry to say were not very informative, and had difficulty understanding English. Nor did (one or two) have an idea of local knowledge and distance. I showed reception a map of where I needed to go, and asked if it was within walking distance. I was assured I could walk in ten minutes. I found out it was at the far end if the industrial area, a good ten minute drive. I also requested a wake up call, in order to get to the airport. I never received it, and nearly missed our flight. Other than that, we found the place very comfortable.
